Gavin Adrian Wanganeen (born 18 June 1973) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for in the Australian Football League (AFL) and Port Adelaide in both the AFL and the South Australian National Football League (SANFL). Wanganeen won the 1993 Brownlow Medal. Wanganeen is a descendant of the Kokatha Mula people. He made his senior SANFL debut with Port Adelaide in 1990 at only 16 years of age. He played 24 matches and kicked 46 goals, winning the SANFL Rookie of the Year award, starring in Port Adelaide's 1990 Premiership team〔Argent, P.
